im 14 and cuttin to a 1250 kcal deficit whilst eating >130g protein per day in order to maintain muscle mass
so far its been great except the food cravings and energy
synephrine is on its way maybe its cope but idk if it can help me i will try it
i am not about 15%bf and would love to drop to 12
ima be doing this for about 2-3weeks
any tips?
