last couple days i got a bit lazy and didnt really hit cardio but i went to the gym for just lifting
also i was in a 1000 calorie defecit instead of 1250 but went back to normal today
just hit cardio and it was probably the best sesh in my life as i stacked my prewrkt
heres everything i took today ( first time taking synephrine)
morning fasted:
30mgs syne
2caps egcg
long esspresso for caffeine
precardio
2000mg l tartrate l carnitine (i think its about 1.6g pure carnitine)
30mgs synephrine
2 instant coffee mixed with some vit water for taste
1 caps egcg
never sweated this much in my life
what i did:
20min almos max incline treadmill speed between 5.5-6.8 (matrix machine)
did like 2.5min walking then 2.5-3min running
had alot of energy
then stairmaster matrix :8-10 difficulty, 10mins
tonight ill go and hit biceps and chest
