Ive been consuming 1lb 93/7 ground beef & 5 eggs which is 1100cals for a few months now and the weight loss had been amazing.
But progress is slowing and I'm not satisfied I want to hit 140lbs by Thanksgiving im currently 155lbs.
I started at 215lbs.
I'm now only eating 1lbs 93/7 ground beef and 1 egg for a total of 770cals a day, I've been doing this for about a week and I still feel good.
I will update if anything starts to feel off.
I still do my hour of cardio a day or 500cals burned.

Any stimulants or drugs you are taking?

What do you guys eat to get your daily heme iron in like i feel as though its so much especially if your a pregnant woman like how tf do they get 25mg of heme iron or however much it is thats crazy

350mg caffeine a day + nicotine.
C4 energy drink before gym sugar free monster after meal & vaping as I feel like it

Honestly once I started the 1100cal a day my cravings stopped being as bad.
Now at 770cal it's like clock work for me.
I cheat meal 2000cal once a week to keep cravings down.
I've been fat my whole life and all I ever wanted was to be skinny so it motivates me.
Cutting is a game of will power honestly.
I also stopped watching mukbang videos and shit because they make my stomach rumble and I get extremely hungry lol
Edit: I do vape kind of a shit ton
 
I also wait until 2pm to eat my meal and work from 4pm to 12am with no access to food.
I also eat my meal in like 3 mins to feel as full as possible
