Ive been consuming 1lb 93/7 ground beef & 5 eggs which is 1100cals for a few months now and the weight loss had been amazing.
But progress is slowing and I'm not satisfied I want to hit 140lbs by Thanksgiving im currently 155lbs.
I started at 215lbs.
I'm now only eating 1lbs 93/7 ground beef and 1 egg for a total of 770cals a day, I've been doing this for about a week and I still feel good.
I will update if anything starts to feel off.
I still do my hour of cardio a day or 500cals burned.
