i know bulking hard is very dumb. but as of right now i am 63kg at 181cm, i have a lot of face fat and i dont really care about muscle tbh, i was thinking i should go into a deficit and lean out to look leaner facially, but idrk since my maintanence is already quite low, what do you guys think?

debloat and start hitting the gym while eating enough protein G you dont need a cut or bulk

A: You should cut, because being a lower bodyfat% will make your face look better. And since Looks>Physique, you should prioritize your face instead.

Your maintenance can be low for two reasons, ur light and Sedentary or your body has gotten used to the current cut and won't lose anymore weight. Up the calories by ~500 for a couple days then begin the cut again for some weeks, then up them for a couple days ect.

Or both ofc. I do think you should try adding some calories for a couple days but in general yeah cut for sure

i mean i wouldnt say im that lean, i asked in a reddit and some told me 14% but most told me im like 18% so i would say too lean

From what I understand and have also done myself, your body gets used to a lower maintenance and becomes more effeicent at using less energy, not to mention on a cut you will lose weight thus lowering your maintance.

fuckk i mean i have been eating like shit before shit, almost every day i would eat like 3000 calories

then ur Bf% is just to high , how is ur build ? do u think u are maybe skinny fat ? if so i would just start a calorie deficit of -300 and start tracking ur Carbs , Protein and Fat while working out / hitting the gym

how do u have facefat with these stats? and how old are you? you could cut for now if thats your goal but u should already be quite thinn ngl. show ur physique/face so I can actually help you

dont really wanna show my face or physiqe here ngl. i would assume its because i have very little muscle, so even with these stats, im guessing i sit between 14-16% bodyfat. im 16

thats okay bro, id honestly just do a lean bulk, get some muscle going then cut down afterwards since ur young it will also benefit your puberty

I mean sure, but its kinda uncanny being super low bf without muscle if ima be real bro, even if ur face will be a bit puffy for some time it will pay off if u decide to go that route, its up to you
