How much of a difference does eplerenone make on facial bloat? I’m currently on 275 test and looking to reduce aldosterone. Also is eplerenone safe you you engage in intensive physical excercise such as jiu jitsu?

Ik this post is old but after doing ai my skin got really dry, I had been wanting to buy one of those creams for a while but idk what the difference is with estradiol and estriol and which one is better for dry face and neck skin
