im always bloated, i actually dont know if its bloat or if i have horrible fat pads, but basiclly i look like i am 20-25%bf facialy when im 15%. It got so bad that a girl was making fun of me for not having abs when i literilly had them she just hadnt seen me with a shirt off. Not only the fact that i am 18 and look young for my age. Idk if the youngness has to do with bloat, fat pads, or im just boneless, let me know.
