Cutting as a Teenager? And if yes how?

For Context I am 16 years old and I have already cutted from 88kg (February) to 73kg (July/August) and am now at 76/77kg again and I still feel and Look fat and bloated. But I know I have probably already lost some amount of bonemass and heightpotential in These 8 months of cutting as I did another one from September to start of december. So I am wondering now how I should cut or if I should want 1-2 years until I finished puberty? I thought maybe the best way is to starvemax for 1-2 months and the start a real clean bulk.
 
In a cut youre not loosing bonemass or height potential of u cut Like a Person with Brain. What’s your deficit rn? And what was your deficit in peak cut?
