its not that hard lol. All you do is get a blade and cut the corners of your lip. Compared to a "lip expander" ?, which im assuming you mean a palate expander. A palate expander takes 6-12 months compared to js cutting ur lips lol. Plus it costs a lot of money AND you dentist to even allow you to get one. Not saying it works I have no idea, but its clearly not hard

Cutting your mouth is pretty stupid because it will just heal and it will probably look uneven or uncanny
