cutting soda/junkfood/sugar

how important is not drinking soda and eating junk food for overall looks? mainly skin, ive always drank probably 1 can of soda a day, and some junk food within the day aswell. im wondering how much this is hurting my looks if any

high salt and high sugar processed foods cause premature aging and bloating, as well as artificial trans fats which you should avoid at all costs. Snacking on whole foods is a good alternative.

It really depends on the person but sodium will make you bloated. The whole skin thing is more nuanced than people make it, some people can eat slop all they want while having perfect skin. Also doesn't matter for you if you're on tret/isotret as your sebacous glands are nuked anyways.

=> Hop on tret, try cutting out the sodium (or supplement potassium in sufficient dosages)

is there a limit of sugar/sodium to consume a day to stay within the clear range?

i think diet soda is good it’s mostly genetic though depending on how much junk food will fuck ur skin

Not really sure, just try to avoid it as much as possible. I think the golden rule for sodium is aiming for a 1:4 sodium to potassium ratio
