Cutting while at puberty

im like 20%bf slinny fat so i low muscle on me. Ive been going to the gym i wanna cut rn coz 10% bf is better during puberty but cutting is bad during puberty coz u wont get the necessary nutrition so how do i cut keeping myself for proper development during puberty plzzzz help me out

That's not true what so ever.

Cutting like a retard without managing macros and nutrients is bad.
You can still cut and manage the below:

Micronutrient coverage should include vit D, zinc, calcium, iron, etc.

Ensure you have adequate dietary healthy fats for hormonal function and testosterone production

Protein intake must be sufficient for growth and recovery

Consistent sleep and resistance training is essential

Use your height + weight + age + activity level to calculate your macros with an app. Stick to those.

just aggressive cut to your desired body fat and just maintain it from there.

it takes years of malnutrition to stunt growth during puberty, for the time your cutting youll simply delay your development.

its not even high iq , its just that people have this misconception that losing weight during puberty stunts your growth even tho its not true lmao

being fat during puberty is the worst think you can do for your growth lmao

I did it too aggressively cause I was competing in atheltism, running marathons and football so I think it definitely stunted my growth to an extent.

I would probably do Reta for an aggressive SHORT cut and then lean bulk from there or just get your macros and micros in while in a slight deficit naturally

I don't think i can agree with the 2nd statement, it's bad but can actually be utilised very positively. I was fat during puberty, cannot fully attribute my development to it but most fat people I see seem to have a lot of facial periosteal apposition, same for the clavicles.

And good clavicular length. My shoulders are broad and thick as FUCK. Even with no muscle I had an 18 inch biacromial width, 21 inch bidelt. The biacromial width doesn't even take the delts into account it just measures to the bone and not the muscle:lul:

The side effect of being a fat lard is obviously the aromatase, ai's would help decrease that. Another side is visceral fat blunting gh/igf-1 but it only doesn't blunt it that much it's mainly cope. Most fat niggas I know grow to like 6'0-6'4. I don't think i've met a short fat dude.

You could just fix this by blasting gh anyways. The caloric/macro abundance helps a lot. I can show you pictures of me if you want

Edit: Yeah it isn't really high iq, but you have to applaud people who are real out of a bunch of fakes. This forum is literally poisoned with regurgitated tiktok and influencer knowledge. Shit that's blown way out of proportion.

Like yeah obviously being malnourished stunts growth, that doesn't mean doing a 500 calorie deficit just rapes your height like people act like it would jfl

Let puberty happen or eat just a bit less

the fat people who are tall most likely would of ended up taller.

being fat accelerates skeletal maturity meaning you hit puberty earlier, and you grow quicker younger compared to others, but you stop growing earlier then other people

obviously if you introduce ai's and such thatll absolutely, but most poeple at 11-14 years old have no idea about and would probably fear monger none the less

Very true, and yeah reflecting on that post it was slightly dumb. All the fat tall people I know just have good genetics jfl I have tall parents and my other friends have tall parents.

And yeah you're partially correct about being fat and skeletal maturity but it's often noted in the literature that this mainly applies to prepubertal obesity/being overweight.

Once you've entered puberty the weight honestly isn't much relevant as test and e2 are already planning to close your plates anyways from the hpga maturation spike. You're still correct nonetheless:FeelsLoveMan:
