(3rd repost ) no ones replying on fitness and health

Im currently 14 years old and im around 20-25 percent bodyfat shall i continue my current deficit which is 500 under my maintenance (3000 calories ) or will it mess up my growth and other hormones

(Im 6,1.5 14 years old 90kg (heavy bones since birth )

do a 250 calorie deficit max as a teenager

roids could help you lose fat and put on muscle at the same time if you wanna go down that path, just either do TRT doses for testosterone or dont even do test and go straight to tren

As long as you get your necessary nutrients, you’ll be fine. Cut off the unnecessary Goyslop while you’re at it.

I mean my diet is aight it consists of very little processed fats and sugars however i do have carbs

go on a mainly raw meat diet and you're gonna be fine g
 
So really agressive cut for 2-3 weeks and then mantain ?
Only if youre sure you can handle it and not cheat on your diet. Getting to 10-15% asap will probably take closer to 6 weeks.

Obv will be very bad for you in those 6 weeks but a prolonged deficit in puberty is not good either. Pick what is most achievable/realistic for you.

Ive done quite agressive cuts before when i was quite uneducated and it was like borderline ED im talking like 500 cals a day and i was 5,11 and ive been growing since then so i think my body can handle it i just have to make sure it doesn't effect me permanently

Then a fast cut might be the best option for you
watch out for vitamin deficiencys and dont just take my word for it
