Benefits:
  • Encourages forward facial growth
  • Limits downward facial growth
  • Improves jaw and midface balance
  • Supports CCW rotation
  • Enhances posture and facial aesthetics

What to Do:
  1. Mew 24/7 correctly
  2. Keep jaw closed with light contact
  3. Maintain good neck posture
  4. Do chin tucks and neck flexor work
  5. Release fascia with daily massage
  6. Consume enough minerals
  7. Use orthodontic treatment if needed
  8. Surgery only for severe cases (Only covering softmax tho in this guide)
Growth Control:

Benefits:
-Keeps growth directed forward not down

How to do / What to do:
  1. Mew 24/7 – nasal breathing
  2. Avoid habits that drop the jaw or promote mouth breathing
Explanation:
Downward growth is often caused by low tongue posture and open mouth breathing. Constant oral posture control prevents the face from rotating downward over time

Chewing:

Benefits:
  • Stimulates upward and forward facial bone adaptation
  • Compacts midface and increases forward projection
How to do / What to use:
  1. Chew hard on molars and premolars
  2. Chew Falim or mastic gum 1–2 hours every other day
  3. Emphasize chewing on premolars for CCW effect
Explanation:
Hard chewing loads the temporalis and masseter which transmits force to facial bones. Repeated high load chewing encourages bone and soft tissue to adapt upward and forward, making the midface more compact

Posture + Neck

Benefits:
  • Supports, stabilizes any skeletal gains
  • Improves neck aesthetics, jaw framing
How to do / What to do:
  1. Mew 24/7 – nasal breathing
  2. Chin tucks + neck curls to strengthen neck flexors
  3. Maintain a straight neck posture

Explanation:
Correct head and neck posture aligns forces on the face and reduces downward growth vectors. Strong neck flexors and relaxed posterior neck balance the musculature and help the jaw sit forward and up

Thumbpulling

Benefits:
  • Direct mechanical stimulus to move the maxilla forward and up

How to do:

  1. Long guide but can drop a full guide thread w diagrams iyw. Can look up other guides on org, im sure theres prolly a botb thread on this.

Explanation:
Targeted thumbpulling creates localized tension on sutures that can bias bone remodeling toward forward and up growth when done correctly and consistently. Seek professional guidance if unsure

Fascia Release

Benefits:
  • Prevents tight fascia from pulling the face downward and slowing remodeling
  • Reduces pain and tension
How to do / What to use:
  1. Daily myofascial release
  2. Increase mineral intake to hydrate fascia
  3. Release fascia across the whole body

Explanation:
Tight fascia transmits downward tension to bones and soft tissue. Loosening fascia and improving hydration and lymph flow removes mechanical drag and supports upward bone adaptation

End message:

Please let me know if any of this is cope/false (personally it has worked for me but may vary on the individual) or I missed out on anything and i will update.

Who believe this shit in the big 26 ?

This is actually true, im sure we all know low hyoid = physically pulling the mandible downward and backward, fhp is a very big contributor to a low hyoid. Even gemini confirmed it, its not cope guys lock in, also fascia relase is valid but id say its even better to improve full body posture (apt, lpt, kyphosis etc.) for fascia. Nice post the only thing i would say is cope is thumbpulling.
  • Resting Position Shift: In Forward Head Posture (FHP), your mandible is passively dragged backward and down by stretched anterior neck tissues. As your head translates back over your shoulders, the tension on your jaw joints relaxes, allowing the lower jaw to sit slightly higher and further forward at rest.
