if youre good at it yeah but why would mid sized company hire an expensive native with health insurance and all that over an remote indian straight outa banglalore, they have the same skills but the indian is much cheaper

Bro its kind of overhyped,

meaning many people are trying to enter it

do networking instead (servers, connection etc)

this is the backbone which needs to exist for cybersecurity to even exist,

same type of salaries as cyber and has higher demand compared to how many people are available
