no hgh doesnt aromatise only some steroids do. test does, nandrolone, etc. The most effective compounds for androgenicity and anabolism that are sort of sustainable to use is stuff like tren and dhb. its doesnt aromatise so it will do what your test would do but much better. you use low dose of test to get very stable, controlled, low e2.

So just to be absolutely clear. Ai on hand. Don’t use for 4 weeks. Get another blood test. E2 bad take 0.25mg ED. 4 weeks later bloods done again. Check if E2 is in check and adjust accordingly

well i dont blood test, i know that using trt levels will get my e2 in the perfect range. If you want to pin point your e2 you can bloodtest if you have the monet to spend on it. but dont use a ai at all. than just lower your testosterone usage.

I live in Ireland there’s a company called randox that offers at home kits to check estradial prolactin and test for 48 euro I’m gonna order 3 when I start my cycle and use them when I feel the need

np ask away. im not online 24/7 tho so i might react a little late. Also i think getting to know what youre getting into is important but IMO i made the mistake of waiting too long and trying to have everything firgured out straight away. i have changed up my cycle mid cycle a lot, you actually know how you feel and what you can handle.
