Cycle without parents knowing?

Is it possible to cycle test lower than 175mg/w and instead utilize oral compounds or other androgens such as EQ / mast / primo etc. instead for gains to pass bloodwork done by parents? would HDL/LDL and other biomarkers be too fucked for parents/doctors to notice steroid use??
