Nothing beats cycling.
Fuck swimming, fuck running, fuck walking, fuck all the other types of cardio .

Nothing beats the feeling of a long downhill after you busted your ass to climb it .

Nothing beats the dopamine you get from cycling 40kmh on a flat with the help of a tailwind after you busted your ass working hard against the headwind .

Nothing beats the beautiful views on the high mountains .

Also, cycling is a mogger activity when it comes down to losing weight and burning calories, it’s literally so easy and you don’t get tired after 2 minutes like you do while running - you fatty fucks .

I want to enjoy life and enjoy food, good luck eating 1800 calories a day while a typical cyclist can afford over 3000+ and still lose more weight than you and stay mentally healthy and physically fit 😹😹😹

cycling doesn't burn callories as quick, as alot of other sports activites do.

cardio is cope, just eat less.
cardio is great. and eat less if you are a fatty ALSO
Skip upper body!
Leg day is must!
cycling is not legg day imo. it's just cardio.

Cycling does mog in everything you mentioned besides burning calories, I cycled in high school like a maniac over like 7-12% upward hills that were on average a 1km long, went on average like 70km long bike ride, all it does is develops parts of your legs but no significant fat loss.

The problem with cycling is you only use your leg muscles so you can't do it constantly while hitting leg days
even running is more optimal than cycling
