prague is good but the centre is 100% tourists so if u want to meet actual czech girls you'll have to branch out a bit, but there are still many parts of prague full of locals and/or uni students

brno is probably the best spot if u want a big city that's not full of tourists but is full of students though. the night-life isn't great though tbh - i assume students mostly do house-parties because the nightclubs are shit.
