I'm taking 5.000 UI D2 and 100 mcg MK-7 every day for about 3 weeks. I think my T-levels increased because I feel the muscle recovery and gains are coming a bit faster. I don't really have time to sunbathe for 2 hours every day because of my work and eat massive amounts of liver because of my current budget.
Would I get any bad sides if I take 15.000 UI and 300 mcg MK-7?
