I haven’t been here for months but here i am again
i quit taking D3 supplements, eating D3 rich foods 5 months ago and my cheeks gone real chubby while my weight stayed the same. 2 months ago ive decided to take my supplements again and my cheeks became hollower over time and at the same time my overall weight never changed (almost the same calorie intake every day)
