daily cardio to improve complexion, bloatedness & skin or nah?

does doing cardio daily has improved your complexion to look less bloated?

in my experience doing cardio daily at least 30 minutes a day to sweatmaxx point i noticed a better skin texture and tone.

about the overall bloatedness idk, i want to think that it helps but i think you have a better results if you do the cardio the first hours of your fasting period.

btw i use a rebounder to move the lymphatic system, you can look fatter if your lymphatic system isnt working properly.

what are your thoughts?

I try 1 hour before I eat in the am. 3-5 days a week. I’m pleased.
 
Yes it helps with bloating but if you're bloated at most times then you are probably over 12% bodyfat.

helps blood flow to skin leading to healthier looking skin
