For those who take Epler daily: Are you natty? What has your experience been like, what dosage are you running, and have you noticed any side effects? Just wanting to see what the community thinks since I'm thinking about picking some up and trying it. Thanks for your time, fellas.

Much Love ❤️

anyone claiming they are natty while running eplerenone daily is coping hard because using a prescription mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist to manipulate your hormones or blood pressure is the exact opposite of natural. epler is mostly used here as a harm reduction protocol to crush gyno and manage severe water retention caused by heavy cycles of anabolics, or by dudes trying to block the androgenic side effects of standard hair loss stacks. if you are a completely natural lifter with no underlying medical issues or high blood pressure, hopping on epler just to try it out is low iq and is going to hurt your performance.
Individuals using eplerenone often adjust their daily intake based on the severity of fluid retention or blood pressure levels, but improper use can negatively impact training. Because eplerenone is a potassium-sparing diuretic, it forces the body to retain potassium while excreting sodium and water. A lack of regular blood work to check electrolytes can lead to hyperkalemia, which may cause muscle weakness, severe cramping, and heart palpitations. It also acts as an aldosterone receptor antagonist, which can lower blood pressure excessively, resulting in fatigue, dizziness, and reduced strength. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Unless used to counteract the cardiovascular strain and fluid retention associated with anabolic steroid use, this substance is generally not recommended. For reducing facial bloat or water weight, improving diet, reducing high-sodium processed food intake, and using over-the-counter natural diuretics or increasing cardiovascular output are often recommended alternatives.
Are you trying to use eplerenone to address gyno symptoms, or are you just trying to reduce facial and body bloat?

Very well thought out response thank you, I’m just looking for facial debloating on some days, sometime my face is nice and other times I’m bloated out the fucking wazoo.

Nobody uses eplerenone as a natural
