You can and your safe recovery can almost be guaranteed. And I am talking about quadlateral, bilateral would cost just 12k

50k is not that much. Any guy can get that in 2 years working. Full time probably even less

I have to focus on my other planed producers, wich will cost around 50k in total everything included

yes low risk high reward, just expensive but not too expensive

They only problem is that you can't wage slave to save that kind of money, so you must be resilient enough to finish college and land a high paying job or something

This way you will only need to work 1/1.5 years to be able to afford this life changing procedure

I ridnt do LL yet but surgery is payed now waiting for op date. In germany

Western countries.
How do you avoid getting blue pulled surgeons for bimax in western countries

Like I don't want a shlomo to move my maxilla 2mm and say it's perfect when I can get a true butcher that moves it 12mm

Go to ramieri or pagnoni or some other cosmetic surgeon or consult many local ones.
However Bimax quality varys much more then LL quality. All good LL surgeons use the same implants (precice and fitbone and maybe gnail)
Bimax you need to have titanium screws and guides to get optimal result

What happend to them ?
The pain is the worst out of every cosmetic procedure, and you will have to learn how to walk again.

If you're prepared for that, then go ahead, but it is the most mentally demanding out of any procedure you can get.

You'll also lose being able to go to the full scope of your current athletic function. There is almost always some drawbacks when it comes to functionality.

Will you still be able to run & walk again? Yes, in most cases, but not nearly as good as before.

Over time it will get cheaper and be studied better so if your young this could be a godsend

Western countries.
With LL patient deaths are rare. Bimax death rate is i belive 1 in 2000..
Botch with ll mostly fixable, not so with bimax

What method did tbey use ? Precice ?

I'm not saying you will die from it.
At least from patient Testamentes i have read pain is heavy for first week or two (obviously) 3-4weeks after surgery you can normally pass on meds entirely.
Nerve pain can happen if you lenghten past 6cm but can be combetet with stretching and meds and will subside after 20 days (wenn you finish lenghtening )

1: your limbs would look disproportionate cuz ur arms would look like T rex build

2: global avg is 5’8

3: your brain is just extremely rotted from no edits (it happened to me dw)

Not true. Yes it's true that the first 2 weeks or so is the worst. But the idea that you can skip medications 3 weeks after is untrue. Actual pain will last for a few months at the least.

Also the pain from LL is the worst out of any cosmetic procedure you can get. If you're willing to go through that for 3 months, then go ahead.

He is 5'6, limb lengthening surgery is understandable in his case.

Yeah I didn’t know that Mb but still he should limb length to 5’10 max otherwise proportions would look weird

Again i am going of testemonies from the LL discord and forum of guys doing internal LL with precice, or fitbone.
G-Nail is more painfull and dont get me started on external.
LON is so painful we dont have to talk about it.
However internal LL? Most of the guys from there stop using PAIN meds after around 3-4 weeks (ofc you need to take other medications (Vitamin D and calcium) like blood thiners etc).
Only shit thing about current internal LL is that you cant walk unasisted ie you need a walker or crutches for the lengthening period and until you are fwb so for my goal arround 4 months

proportions is mostly a meme.
99% of guys are short cause of short legs. Tall legs look better.
this dude did over 20cm and looks much better now
Ss

Totally safe except infection if done not more than 5 cm advancement for each bone. So 4 inch double LL is good to to.
