Im jutting in the second pic tbh, only to the point where my bite meets as my lower teeth have been moved back quite far in preperation for BSSO, so it looks bad in first pic, I didnt want to show. My upper lip angle was also really bad in first pic, its drastically changed since tilting my upper teeth forward.

Im 22.

True, from what ive heard some on this site some have struggled to grow it though. I think there may be a genetic component to how quick / the way it grows.

Like, my arms just dont grow, yet my neck blew up in like 2 months and had someone I know say it was too big and so I had to let it atrophy for a few months jfl

Im aware bro believe me I think it’s almost worse than the fact im recessed. I need help on ways to make me look older tbh.

Gonna probably up my test to a gram soon hopefully it makes me look older in some way.

Literally just leaning forward and using the neck harness and doing extensions for like 30 reps 10 RIR

I was doing 7.5kg on the harness when my neck was at its biggest. I just do 5kg now though for maintenance every few weeks.

Jutting a little bit, my ramus is even bigger than in that pic tbh, its just hidden by soft tissue usually because my jaw is narrow.

Damn, you might have bad insertions. Try lighter loads and more sets maybe? Its not science based but at the same time theres no literature on training neck so maybe it responds better to that, just a theory.

What i learned with neckmaxing is it needs to be perfect form. I personally do can do upwards of 60 pounds for like 30 reps, but if I dont do the form r it dont matter. You need to go down with the weight slightly and then go up. DONT go all the way down. Idk why but i dont get sore if i go all the way down. might be tenison idk idc. My neck started growing only when i did form r. Also upping weight alot does help so make sure to do that. You should feel a burn in yo neck.

Not really bad, but if you can see the neck curves into the jaw at the top instead of going straight up.

I never trained the sides, only extensions and it got wider and deeper.
