this guy didnt take finasteride and had to get a 20.000 eur ht to get back to norwood 3. keep in mind this a very good result for an ht, he could have went to turkey and ended up with a complete fucked up ht, so things could have been worse

no, there would be high chances of

1. a destroyed donor so he wouldnt have any folicles left in case he keeps receeding
2. very low density because less folicles would have make it, the yield would have been lower

if you read these studies in detail you probably noticed something regarding the dosis in comparison to bodyweight those rats were taken right? how much was it again? you didnt just read the headline didnt you

How this works:

The penile tissue needs androgen to remain functional at full capacity. Now , if you remove androgen to a great extent, this tissue could undergo a biological change due to strogen action. This results in ED or that reduction.

We don't know when this happen, if its reversible or if there are ways around it.
