NIGGA go get a fucking expander before you ruin your life. I can't measure accurately but you're NARROW and high vaulted. The only reason why your shit doesn't look subhuman narrow is because your teeth flare out. Find an airway ortho who can expand you and advance your mandible if expansion won't correct it already
