i don’t have crazy bad dandruff but how do i completely get rid of it because i already use non sulphate shampoo and i wash my hair not super often so my hair doesn’t get stripped of all its oils but i wash it enough were its clean (2x a week)

don't use too much shampoo or too much conditioner (dime size only)
