I can't get tret..for now atleast my parents won't let me and I can't js get it from indimart or smth my situation is wayy harder and tbh I don't need to hide or do allat because Im going to a derm she said in about 2 weeks or so she gonna start a retinoids treatment or smth which includes tret aswell...but yh for now atleast I can't get nth

2 weeks is nothing so js wait it out, having a good diet is really beneficial overall so thats great! dark choc is high in fibre too so its really p decent for you
