If you have acne then take accutane. Generally for oily skins you just use a strong cleanser rather than a gentle one

Use a retinoid like accutane or retinol but make sure to use a cleanser and SPF 50+ sunscreen with the retinoids (research deeper into that cos idk fully when to apply them) use a pea-shaped blob of retinoid for your whole face
