Get a Co2 laser session with q switch, what your describing is most likely hyperpigmentation. I have the same issue when I turn 18 in october im getting the treatment asap
Thank you however I'm only 16 and can't afford sessions at the moment plus my parents would never take me.Is there anything I can do for the time being until I'm able to start the sessions ?
Could try under eye hyperpigmentation agents like cysteamine or hydroquinone.
