Thank you however I'm only 16 and can't afford sessions at the moment plus my parents would never take me.Is there anything I can do for the time being until I'm able to start the sessions ?

I’ve just realised that I can only buy topical cysteamine over the counter,would that still be effective enough or would it be better to go through and application process to try and be prescribed the cream.
