How to get rid of dark circles under the eyes and a tired look
What should I do if I have quite dark circles under my eyes? I realise I have orbital fat recession, but how can I reduce them? Please give me some advice on how to reduce the dark circles under my eyes. For what it’s worth, I walk 10,000 steps a day, drink plenty of water, I go to the gym; on the downside, I go to bed late, don’t get enough sleep and eat a lot of sweet things. Please advise what I can do to get rid of the tired look and the dark circles.

Well, I wrote about it in my post; I know I have them. You’d better tell me how I can make them smaller – I can’t get rid of them because of the recession, but I can make them smaller, can’t I?
