someone send me a good thread about dark circles under eyes

or if you have some advice please share
 
Its cus of stress

Iron deficiency (not eating meat)

Physical excertion (i got dark circles from a 15min workout)

Shit sleep

If you have dark circles despite good sleep, either you lack fat pads resulting in thin skin (probably the most common) or your infras are recessed and it's causing your face to cast a shadow on missing mass

U get those even with good undereye support, just less susceptible towards it

And shit undereye support mainly results in eyebags
 
what u gonna do is get 8-10 hours of sleep a day, fix ur diet (BIG ONE FOR ME) like fruits, rice, and meat only. stop fucking running if u run stop. just stop, and if it still persists id recommend the oridinary caffeine serum. oh shit btw no caffeine after 12pm

If your infras are recessed then yes eyebags are more common, but if you have thin skin it will cause underlying blood vessels to be visible.

This results in the classic "dark circles" look, only resolvable with fat grafting.
