Unfortunately if it doesn't happen naturally you really can't force friendship. The few friends I've made over my lifetime happened naturally without much effort when you click. If you don't click with someone the friendship will not work

Sadly most of the few people I clicked with and was friends with either live too far away to sustain a friendship or they just got busier lives (family, kids, job) and we drifted apart over time. I still have one friend I've been friends with for around 10 years who I see occasionally. All the times I tried putting myself out there to make friends amounted to nothing. The only times things worked was when I wasn't even actively putting in effort to make friends

Will be rougher once you graduate if you still have no friends. After 18 it's way harder to make new friends (not that it's easy at your age either if you aren't the most social person)
