Day 1 looksmaxing I’m gonna try post every 10 days.
The first looksmax I’m doing is dietmaxing today I ate baked beans and eggs for breakfast, a couple fruits on break (apple, banana, strawberries etc), minced beef for lunch and steak and egg for dinner.
I’ve been reading some guides and I’ve decided I’ll start with dietmaxing, leanmaxing and hairmaxing.
Before looksmaxing I was doing self improvement so I’ve got some of the basics down but just trying to lock in now after I keep getting rejected by girls if you can recommend me any good guides or looksmaxes it would be greatly appreciated
