Yesterday had a refees ate clean food like chicken nd ground beef but it was like 2,3k calories and i lost track so might aswell todY i Te two chicken wraps homemade a banana and some grapes but its only 2 pm currently 65,5kg
 
it was day 2 of ur cut a month ago faogogogogogot
