I feel like I can do more sets on the bench maybe 7

Dumbell incline increase by 1kg and 1 rep per set

I can bench 50kg for 10:feelsautistic:

I can relate.

When I first started I was benching about 0.9x my body weight for 1RM, and after 4 years I was benching 1.1x my body weight for 1RM. I've stopped going to the gym now.

That's the exact same as me but I've decided to use peds. If this doesn't work then I quit. :feelswah:

Quit sooner rather than later, you actually feel so much better once you quit if you were consistent in the gym.
I used to have super bad eye bags that went away not long after I quit. I had heaps more energy too.
