Day 16 of self improvement
Started the day off with some stretching for an hour
Stretching is good but gay, need to hit the gym soon. Also my diet is still lacking protein I’d estimate I’m getting only about 40g per day when in reality 100g would be good.
Drank about 3L of water today
I was able to mostly get my previous goal of buying hair care and skincare products from yesterday. Bought aloe Vera gel and anti dandruff shampoo. When I get back home I will buy vitamin c serum, alexaic acid etc for skin tone eveneness, should be good
Some people who talk a lot are so annoying, and especially if they waste ur time
Remember to always act in accordance with your long term goals otherwise you’re going to find yourself at square 1 every single day
Also had some urges to look at porn/ soft core porn content but I didn’t. Urges were subconscious and barely present. Almost tricked me. My mind has developed some crazy ahh habits, it may take a few months for me to replace these habits with good ones that are aligned with long term looksmaxxinf goals
I also realized today that the blue pill red pill and bp all have things of value to learn, they are just frames of reference. Too much bluepill makes you weak and closes your understanding of the world. The redpill makes you obsessed with focusing on yourself and your body and shit and “self improvement”, but it fails to recognize the important face plays into that. The black pill focuses too much on genetics, and is too nihilistic and offers no real solutions to problems. All 3 of these pills should be considered and explored but not fully committed towards. This isn’t wizard 101 where you have to choose your academy or some shit
just learn and move on.
3 things I’m grateful for:
My youth (kind of), my frame, and that my family has a good asf mindset towards life
1 thing to achieve tomorrow if nothing else gets done: finish the framework research for how to deal with anxiety and stress effectively
