Well its my second day had a steak burger i made in the morning like 420 calories then had one banana i did my 10k steps and i went to work nd got compliments from my coworker
but then i got home ate a cheese sandwich 200 cals then had dinner two mini potatos and two chicken legs and thats it also drank like 2l of water and boutta drink some more, i am woried since i ate too much polyemen or something its a alternative found in low sugae things and it makes me gassy anyone know a fix??? No cravings tho hopefully i will keep this up, thank you for reading my post.
