Hey everyone,
I am doing daily glowup posts until 1/8/2025, Just to document everything incase I glowup and hopefully motivate someone else to do the same. I will post daily no matter what. I will say good stuff that happened and bad stuff that happened today.
DAY 3
Goals for this challange:
- a better body (Stop being skinnyfat)
- better eye area
- Face gets slimmer
- Skin gets more clear
- Health gets better overall
- Feel better about my self
Some information about me:
- 15
- 183cm (6'0)
- 67.65Kg
- Skinny fat
- Kinda chubby face
- Not strong at all
What I did today:
Good stuff:
- 1 shower
- Tried to improve my posture when walking
- Business made some money
- Tiktok FYP page is full of motivtional shit, nothing distracting
- Didn't go over calories goal
- Feeling good about chem, exam is in 4 days
- Had fun with a friend today
Bad stuff:
- Masturbated (again today, i want to fucking kill myself)
- Ate subway (Healthy sandiwch but still)
- Ate grilled chicken from a restaurant
- Got my daily dose of the blackpill
- I didn't study for maths exam (its in 6 days and Im still behind)
- Didn't move as much as I wanted
- Didn't workout (Probably gonna be the case for the next month since I got exams)
I need to change. From now on I will try to do everything good and everything like I want to and hopefully achieve my goals. its now or never.
