Already noticably less bloated, better skin, and losing weight. This diet is so low fat, like 5g per day. I feel very energetic from all the carbs. Much more focused and mentalmaxed as well. I recommend eating 1200 or 2000 calories per day depending how fast you need to lose weight, and exercising daily.
By the way if you use steroids you can get away with a low fat diet since your body doesn't need to create its own testosterone
btw you can also substitute lean chicken breast for the protein powder
- protein powder (one or two scoops per day)
- bananas (fiber)
- berries (antioxidants, fiber)
- rice (complex carbs)
- salsa (sodium)
- fruit juice (simple carbs for exercising)
- caffeine pills or black coffee
- multivitamin
