Day 3 of my low fat diet

Already noticably less bloated, better skin, and losing weight. This diet is so low fat, like 5g per day. I feel very energetic from all the carbs. Much more focused and mentalmaxed as well. I recommend eating 1200 or 2000 calories per day depending how fast you need to lose weight, and exercising daily.
  • protein powder (one or two scoops per day)
  • bananas (fiber)
  • berries (antioxidants, fiber)
  • rice (complex carbs)
    • salsa (sodium)
  • fruit juice (simple carbs for exercising)
  • caffeine pills or black coffee
  • multivitamin
If you feel like you need more fat than 5g per day, then you can eat a few bagels (which usually have some oil in them).
By the way if you use steroids you can get away with a low fat diet since your body doesn't need to create its own testosterone
btw you can also substitute lean chicken breast for the protein powder
