Good luck. I have heard nothing but bad things about SSRIs. But whatever you do, do not NEET while taking ssris, it will destroy you

Placebo is very legit, I fixed my anxiety for a month or 2 with cold showers placebo in the past

You can always stop taking them (under a doctor's supervision) in case you feel like it's not worth it
