what he's describing is not physically possible. it doesn't matter what he claims, it's not possible

Although I have grown 1.5 inches in visible/measurable height since I started Erda, all that growth is not because of erda. Some of that came from fixing posture, taking glucosamine and MSM to hydrate my spinal disc's, etc. The actual bone growth is probably closer to .5-1 inch.
