Low fat diet
My face is already significantly less bloated, my skin is clearer and less oily in a healthy way, I still feel physically and mentally energetic. Without a doubt in only 5 days I have taken myself from a psl 3 to a psl 4. I notice my midface is more aesthetic, probably since my chin and nose area is less bloated. I think the ideal calorie deficit for dieting is a 1200 calorie diet or a 2000 calorie diet depending on how active you are physically.
