Like, I think u r not training with a 1k daily kcal, so ur sedentary kcal daily consuption to survive

I haven’t been to gym for about 3 weeks now.
My daily intake is 2200 but I eat about 900-1100 calories which would be 1000+ in deficit

So yeah it's normal to feel tired dw, just don't workout and you'll be fine, real problem will be at school with memory

I’m doing the same I’m like day 11 or smth and want to quit but I keep thinking about me when I get lean how long r u going for I’m doing 4.5 weeks

I’m gonna cut until it’s enough ig maybe about 3-4 more weeks
I’m gonna cut until I become very lean 8-10%
The thought of being lean is what makes me keep going
