day one prozac

I got prescribed Prozac (antidihpresent) a week ago but i was secretly not taking them because the side effects sacred me:
Low libido
Hard to reach orgasm
cant do anything else such as weed or alcohol.

But i decided its for the best so i dont kms.
I think ill do a month or 2 and let u guys know if its worth the:
more social
less dihpressed
more motivated
and if the side effects r real.
