That's true, 76% of the calcium in spinach is not properly digested (unless consumed with milk or dairy products which increases the absorption, as suggested by the paper you're citing if you read it further). But again, you're still getting that 25% of calcium (or more if you include dairy with the spinach).

My diet stays consistent most days, to me this makes it way easier to budget my food. Occasionally when I'm with friends, if I will eat out or if I wanna cook something else I may change the meals but most of the time I'm eating the following:

Caffeine:

• Used to do coffee, now switched to matcha. Either one is fine really, I just find myself enjoying tea a bit more.

Breakfast:

• 4-6 eggs (currently 6 since I'm bulking) with a cup of boiled spinach, and some cheese
• Berries, kefir, yogurt, cinnamon, honey (occasionally I may add walnuts, macadamia nuts or dark chocolate)

Lunch:

• Sweet potato, beef with about 1 oz of liver, avocado
• 1 kiwi

Dinner:

• Rice, salmon/chicken
• A salad (I change it every so many days, sometimes it can just be 1 vegetable like broccoli, sometimes its a blend of them, or sometimes when I'm feeling fancy I prepare some elaborate salads with dressing and allat - I also try to include sauerkraut in here - make sure whatever vegetables you use are fermented, boiled, or sautéed, only include raw veggies if they're very low anti-nutrient like carrots or something)

My diet stays consistent most days, to me this makes it way easier to budget my food. Occasionally when I'm with friends, if I will eat out or if I wanna cook something else I may change the meals but most of the time I'm eating the following:

Caffeine:

• Used to do coffee, now switched to matcha. Either one is fine really, I just find myself enjoying tea a bit more.

Breakfast:

• 4-6 eggs (currently 6 since I'm bulking) with a cup of boiled spinach, and some cheese
• Berries, kefir, yogurt, cinnamon, honey (occasionally I may add walnuts, macadamia nuts or dark chocolate)

Lunch:

• Sweet potato, beef with about 1 oz of liver, avocado
• 1 kiwi

Dinner:

• Rice, salmon/chicken
• A salad (I change it every so many days, sometimes it can just be 1 vegetable like broccoli, sometimes its a blend of them, or sometimes when I'm feeling fancy I prepare some elaborate salads with dressing and allat - I also try to include sauerkraut in here - make sure whatever vegetables you use are fermented, boiled, or sautéed, only include raw veggies if they're very low anti-nutrient like carrots or something)

Kinda assumed that was one of the things goatiscels had right but I haven’t don’t any research.

I get jittery and feel stressed after coffee so I just gave up on it

It depends, I don't rely on caffeine to feel energized, but I do notice that I'm incredibly productive when I take caffeine. I only use it on week days, and the jittery feeling was one of the reasons why I switched to green tea, the L-theanine just helps to offset that.

Caffeine is very hit or miss however, if you don't feel great on it, you don't have to use it, again, my use case is more about productivity than anything else. Some people just metabolize it and react to it differently
