I eat carrots lentils and sweet potatos for beta caronine

Boiled to prevent aging tumeric and black pepper to activate its benefits, sardines as a mid day snack

For desert i have egg whites w cocoa powder (antioxidant) and protein powder i mix them w gelatin for collagen and i make this cloudy large size desert, and a lot of blue berries (frozen) or strawberries for vitamin c

I also have astaxanthin eggs for the chemical soft boiled and pumpkin seeds tofu sometimes and salmon





0 aging 0 skin problems 0 imflammation diet
