What food can i eat everyday to debloat? I know Pottasium and all that but unsure what other specific things i should be eating and when.

Don’t each much food to begin with. Low carbs helps with debloating. Also don’t eat much sodium. Lastly avoid processed industrial goyslop.

Make sure you're consuming 4000mg potassium daily. The type of foods you eat doesn't matter, but make sure they're not high in sodium.

Add a 500-1000 calorie deficit, 1000mg vitamin c, 3l water and consistent 7-9 hour sleeps to it, and your problem will be solved.

In my opinion, the best and most affordable options are bananas, avocados, spinach, apricots, and maybe coconut water.

Limit sodium heavy foods, although you can't really have 0 sodium, just keep it low. Eat lost of potassium-rich foods like bananas, coconut water, oranges, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, avocados. Make sure you have a 4:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio, more potassium is ok but I would kinda go for 5 or 6:1 max.

The highest sodium foods to avoid at all costs are: Processed meats (bacon, hot dogs, canned meats, etc.), canned food (unless labelled low-sodium), restaurant and fast food, salted nuts, snacks (esp. chips, crackers, pretzels, popcorn), condiments, grains and baked goods, too much dairy (dairy is very important to eat, but limit it).

You are right and wrong, buddy. Potassium-to-sodium ratio manipulation is technically safe and healthy if done right, but many teens have an unhealthily low sodium intake (you still need some, but not too much), too much potassium (which is very bad for the body), and most take potassium supplements which are so much worse than just eating potassium-rich foods.

But, debloating can be done by teens healthily if they eat a normal, whole food rich diet that has natural potassium, have adequate fluid intake (2-3L a day depending on variables), and adequate fibre intake with good bowel movements.

Basically, debloating is safe if you do not have dangerously low sodium, take debloating too aggressively, or take potassium supplements instead of eating food.

Didnt say its dangerous but he has baby fat and he will never get hollow cheeks or some other shit
