Hey, I'm generally asking how to SAFELY debloat your face, get rid of thigh fat n armpit rolls. And also a question as I am going through puberty will my bone structure change? Just wondering if I'm cooked or not, like my maxilla or zygos is bad. Please answer and give me safe solutions

I'm not fat actually, I'm not round and all. My weight is normal and I do normal exercise while also going on a Martial Art class. I don't eat fast food and I have proper nutrition, instead of judging just answer the question.

do you really not know what that is 😭 its basically like armpit fat but not much. They're like shaped like rolls I don't really know how to explain it to you, look it up on google or sum

You have thigh fat and armpit rolls which leads me to believe that you are confusing being bloated with having face fat. Being at a normal weight means nothing, you clearly aren’t lean so go and lose weight?

Nope, I'm not in denial and I'm not fat. I don't have a square waist but more lean.

your weight is normal because you have like 0 muscle mass, probably 1 month of lifting would fix it because you have not a lot of fat but even less muscle

pull ups are the gold standard for no gym workouts, ideal calisthenics workout is:

3 sets of pullups
3 sets of chinups
3 sets of dips
pike/wall handstand/hanstand pushups 3 sets

3x a week

i think u just should lose some fat and gain some muscle , reduce ur salt intake and increase ur potassium intake
 
bananas apples avocado all of theme are good , ur still young for supplements also STAY hydrated

You cant target fat. Just build muscle and then get lean.. i had the same armpit rolls when i was younger now theyre gone. Ur bone structure might change with a good diet. Maximise protein intake or even hop on test if ur serious.
 
calorie deficit is burning more calories than you eat right? so just do cardio and allat?

what is a good protein intake? is it like meat, stake etc. (i eat 2 eggs too like daily or 2/3 times a week
